Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
We accept various payment methods including Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Bank Transfers.
Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched upon confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on the location.
You will receive an SMS or email confirmation once your order is shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns. Only exchange is allowed.

Exchange Policy – Terms & Conditions

Exchange is possible within 7 days of purchase.
We offer a 15-day exchange policy from the order delivery date.
Article lengths and sizes are standard and not eligible for exchange.
Cash and credit refunds are not applicable.
Exchange is not applicable on:
Minor faults
Sample Sale items
Exchange charges: PKR 400
The exchange process takes 10–15 working days.

Important Notes:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Any article found worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for exchange.

Sizes provided are standard and mentioned clearly on product pages.
